What Shipping Method Do You Use and When Will I Receive My Order? All Items are shipped UPS Ground. Please allow 7-10 business days Please note: A shipment delay may occur during the holiday season. If purchasing for a Christmas gift, please be sure to place your order by December 5th to insure prompt delivery.
What Is Your Return Policy & How Do I Return A Product?
If you would like to return a product please get in touch with us by emailing contactus@affordablegiftsproducts.com advising us of the reason for your return as policies vary depending on the reason for the return. Read below for the policies on different types of returns.
Return Policy for lost, broken or defective items If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition or is lost, please contact us immediately at contactus@affordablegiftsproducts.com and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

If customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.

Be sure to write your Order ID number on the outside of the box. Once we receive the return, we will replace the product or credit your account in accordance with the action taken.
How Do Shipping Costs and Sales Tax Get Applied To My Order? Shipping costs are already included in the prices listed on each page. Sales tax is applicable for New York State Customers only and is added in upon checkout.
No, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and Military APO/FPO addresses.
NO, we ship to physical street addresses only.
Is there a Product Guarantee? Yes. We guarantee that all of our products will be free from defect and will be as pictured and described on our website. If you receive a product that does not meet our guarantee, we will ship a free replacement at no charge to you or credit your account. Certain items may have an additional warranty from the manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be stated in the description.
What is your Privacy Policy? We do not share, give, rent or sell your personal information to any third parties for purposes of commercial solicitation. The only time we share your information with other companies is for the purpose of filling your orders, processing payments, etc. For example, we share your shipping address with UPS so that your order can be shipped to you.
