What Shipping Method Do You Use and When Will I Receive My Order? All Items are shipped Regular Mail ~ USPS . Please allow 7-10 business days Please note: A shipment delay may occur during the holiday season. If purchasing for a Christmas gift, please be sure to place your order by December 5th to insure prompt delivery.
What Is Your Return Policy & How Do I Return A Product?
If you would like to return a product, please get in touch with us by emailing order@affordablegiftsproducts.com advising us of the reason for your return. You will be provided with directions on how to return the product.
Return Policy for lost, broken or defective items If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition or is lost, please contact us immediately at order@affordablegiftsproducts.com . We will provide you instructions on returning an item. In order to be refunded, you must contact us within 21 days of shipment date of merchandise as marked on package postage stamp.
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 21 days of shipment date of merchandize as marked on package postage stamp. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

If customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot be delivered, a 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
